Pause play is a platform to experience the limitless nature of who we are. Belonging to the Learning and Development Industry, we are a behavioral training company, consisting of passionate people who are on the journey of their self-development and that of others. We are committed to devising simple perspectives on human behavior. We endeavor to create a rehearsal space where participants will ACT and REFLECT through in-body experiences leading to self-transformation. We utilize effective methods derived from psychological insights, performing arts, and ancient Indian practices. Currently, we are working on a project with the central government to create a handbook for their internal trainers.
